The flexographic printing machine uses fluid ink with strong fluidity. The ink is transferred to the graphic and text part of the printing plate by the ink bucket rubber roller and the anilox ink transfer roller for inking, and then the printing pressure is applied by the pressure roller to transfer the ink on the printing plate to the substrate, and finally the printing process is completed through the dry surface.
The unit flexographic printing machine has great flexibility. Since each pair of wallboards only supports one printing unit, the unit type printing machine can adapt to the substrate with extremely wide format. Because of the horizontal arrangement, even if the width of the substrate used by the printing machine is very narrow, the stability can be guaranteed and the printer can be miniaturized. As each printing unit is independent and horizontally arranged, the number of printing units of the unit type flexographic printing machine is virtually unlimited, and it can also print corrugated paper and other board type substrates.
